ESy-Screening

With ESy-Screening, ESy-Labs offers the possibility to investigate known and unknown chemical reactions in a short time and at low cost for their transferability to electrosynthesis.

Based on the following USPs of electrosynthesis, processes are developed from the ml scale into technical applications: 

ESy-Screening in particular offers our customers many advantages in this context.

In our test rigs, whose capacity is tailored to the “design of experiments” concept, we can provide our customers with rapid and scientifically based processing of the reaction under investigation. A library of different chemical analysis methods is used to track the reaction and is validated for each reaction. In combination with statistical methods in the evaluation and using the latest scientific findings, a quick decision is made on scalability.

As standard, ESy-Screening consists of a preliminary project to develop an analytical concept and a main project, which can be a proof-of-concept study or a detailed screening study with yield optimization. This is usually followed by a decision on whether it is possible to switch to flow electrolysis cells and thus further optimize the process by means of ESy-Screening and scale it up to technical application.
